MIG Welder

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our client’s skilled manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that values quality craftsmanship, innovation, and employee development.

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding mild steel components to precise specifications as part of the manufacture of high-quality agricultural equipment. You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on various metal fabrication projects to high standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required specifications
• Maintain welding equipment and work areas in good condition
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets
• Identify and report any defects, issues, or safety concerns promptly

Essential Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong MIG welding skills with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality welds
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
